Verve Records spent the late 50s collecting the various sessions of Charlie "Bird" Parker as an eight-volume series known modestly as "The Genius Of Charlie Parker". Volume #3 was known as "Now's The Time", titled after the 1945 Parker composition, and reviewing Bird's work with Max Roach and Hank Jones in 1952 and 1953.
